Catskill Park Truck Trails and Mountain Bike Trails to Close. The State DEC announced that they are banning Mountain Bikes from almost all wilderness areas, along with closing off many of the existing truck trails in wilderness areas, as part of a continuing process undergone by the Paterson administration to close of public access to public lands.
